Hi John,

Thanks for the common step for success in job interview.
I am recently got the interview, and i found that the common question from interviewer is Expect Salary.
I have listened to your guy not to mention about the requriement unless I am secured to get the post. End of the day, i get offer which it's not what i want  . Could you please provide some suggestion about:
1. deal with the situation for good manner not to go to work
2. asking for raise more offer
