Another Pronounciation Problem!

But as some other words like

Lion we pronounce it Lian

How about On we still pronounce it On?

Kinda confuse here!!!

I would suggest you to go for them and look up those words in an English dictionary.
Not all the English words can be predicted in the same way. I can't say anything now. I'd like you to make sure with the pronunication by looking them up in the dictionary in this case.

You know Dexter, There is no specific or fixed rule for us to remember how to exactly pronoun words which have the same or similar vowels. The best way to be good at pronouncing words is to look it up in dictionaries and especially make a regular observation on how they are generally sounded, significantly while the native English speakers speak.
