 It is with regret that I have decided to resign from my position within ( COMPANY NAME ). I am hereby giving the required 1 month written notice ( MAY NOT NEED TO GIVE ANY NOTICE, BUT MOST JOBS NEED 1 MONTH NOTICE OF RESIGNATION ). I have very much enjoyed the experience of working here at ( NAME OF COMPANY ) and I will always have fond memories of my time here.

 Hope that helps a bit, if I know why you want to resign I can write you a better sample!

Dear Paul,
I'm very happy to get your reply and thank you very much for your help. It would be showed me the way to write a good resign work latter now.
Infact, your writting is true. Before resign from a company we must give a notice for one month before. But my problem is that I want to resign at the end of this month. It is too soon right?.  . I'm worried my director doesn't allowed me to stop working as my requirement.
I have a personal problem that I must move to work another place as soon as possible. Sorry, I can't tell you detail throuh this web. Please don't mind me na.
