Hi Marady,

The best way I can describe the difference is to think of emotions vs. physical actions.

If someone has a "bad attitude", one can image his emotions or thinking is unkind or negative.  It does not mean he or she has actually done anything wrong.

Behavior is generally used with physical actions. For example, someone who has "behavioral problems" physical does things that are unacceptable.

Examples:

John always complains about his life a lot. I really don't like his bad attitude towards life.

Little Frank always gets up during class and runs around the classroom. He has behavioral problems.

Collocations:

positive attitude
bad attitude
attitude towards

behavioral problems

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Dan
