 Hi there,

Here, I will let you know one simple thing that you might not think it is useful. It is about using your emial.

When you want to send your messages by email to many of your friends or colleaques, be sure that you use To: and Cc: only. Don't use Bcc: because it will not show the recipient email addresses at the recipient emails. Some poeple consider you as unethical person when you use this Bcc: so, it is good if you don't use it. Don't you think so?

Good luck,

Chesda

Hi Chesda,

That's very interesting. I have just known this important thing with email-sending. Cheesy  One more thing, I have know that capitalizing all the letters in an email means "SHOUTING".

Thanks a lot, Chesda.

I am not very sure about the capitalized words in e-mail means shouting. It is exactly true? That's a bit surprising as I sometimes use capitalized words in business e-mails, but I just want to emphasise the words rather than shouting out the words.

It is true, according to the rules about electronic mails I have learned. To be more careful, capitalized words should not be used. Cheesy

Perhaps, you can use capitalization for emphasis if the reply is something you expect.   Cheesy

More ideas are welcomed. Cheesy
