BIG problem with Speaking

Hi everybody
Do any of u get confidence with speaking? if u Do, here is the place for u to share ur ideas to me and others who need help with speaking.
My problem is that when i have to present in front of other students in the class, my hands are tremble and i seem to forget what i want to say   so what can i do to lessen this problem :?:

ok if u eager to speak well. at first, u must have confident ur seft right?
and don be afraid of somethings that happen while u r speaking. u have to speak it out. Don beshy everythings. and u don worry of what u r wrong or right just speaking there's no prblem for you. noboby mention you. if u can do like this u will get a good result in ur speaking ok?
