Look at the design plan, it gonna be great everything is extremely fantastic, i’d say! but what about you, do you that it will work well and suitable for our society right now?

It is a question which should be asked later.

The most current and concerned question should be:
- Will the plan works out?
- How much is the investment input?
- Is it reliable?
- Is it lucrative?

We have witnessed many projects in Phnom Penh rite now and some of them are "fake." Its like the "Cambodian Plaza" plan, I have seen it for two years and nothing was built.

Yeah Kimlong, you see many projects has been undergone but they are too FAST. man! that's leave alot of suspicions.
