if we don't really understand much about the given topic, how can we talk much about it? For example, if the topic is about "your favorite website", and i don't know much about internet or badly, i don't understant what does a website mean?

Plz share your point of view... Huh

It's a test of speaking and not a test of knowledge, so tell them that you're not very interested in the internet and that you don't have a favourite website, then back your reasons up and you will have provided them with a decent sample of your language to be able to evaluate you as a candidate.

Honesty is the best policy- remember that if you don't remember a word, there's nothing wrong with saying that you can't remember the word but explaining what it means.  That is, after all, what people do in normal conversation- it's how you cope with things and not a test of knowledge of every word.  If you don't understand something why not say, 'I didn't catch that'.  It's a colloquial (not slang) way of saying you didn't hear or understand something (could be either).  The examiner is more likely to be impressed with you displaying that knowledge than if you waffle on when it is clear you didn't understand.
