Unbelievable, most people not dare to pick up a call that displayed red/blue-colored numbers on their cell phone. They say there were some died in Kompot,Sihanouk Ville and Phnom Penh but this information was unreasonable.   HuhRoll Eyes

My Khmer teacher told me about this; at first, I thought I just couldn't understand what she was saying, which is fairly common in my lessons.

someone must have been watching too many movies. Obviously, if there is something that could kill people are PEOPLE, sickness, and mother nature. Anything in between is kinda silly.  Shocked
