Easy or Difficult ?

Hi everybody  

Have you got any ideas about the difference between the two following sentence?

He's not hungry. and

He isn't hungry.

Hope someone can clear my doubt

PS. Everything has its own characteristics, so there is nothing perfectly the same to each other. Any disagreement, pls let me know.

I have asked a native teacher of English about this question.

He's is a contracted form 'He is'.
He isn't is a contracted from 'He is not'.

As instructed, there is no difference between he isn't and he's not: they are merely two ways to form the contraction. The same holds true for we aren't and we're not, I've not and I haven't, etc.
