You should bear in mind with the vision in your life to take all the success steps regardless of difficulties. One of the important thing to consider is that when you take a step up don't try to jump to another stair. Just take that one until you reach the top level. Then you will see the result as of your hard work from the beginning. You will enjoy it.
There is a saying that "What you think and do today will determine your future."

Kimlong, I'm glad that you were just monkeying around about that. You're in halfday achieving your goal. Keep up with it, mate! Hmm...in order to get out of stress, you need to do something for relaxation. Pursue any easy hobby. Of course, stress is good it is for a small particular amount, which keeps you active. But too much of it keeps you so irritated that you will feel there's no way out, you get stuck! So keep having fun and making yourself laugh.

Hi Kimlong, That holds true. Nobody is stress-free. It's something we live with but we can choose to be free from it. Hi Denith, Let's do it.

Hey Timlong, "Living without stress is worthless." Well, my idea about it is that a good amount of stress helps while too much of it kills. what I meant by "we can choose to be free from it" was that we need to learn ways to control our stress, of course, with trial and tribution, on the way.

If you say so, i think you have not been experiencing the real "stress"... it can kills you dude, i've been under it sometimes, due to the amount of responsibilties and works... I was breathless sometimes. No, stress does not help anything.

Actually, it's true that no one likes stress in their everyday lives. However, stress is inevitable. A small amount of stress makes you active in learning or working, according to what I've read about scientific topics. Again, too much of it isn't good. Right, Kimlong, that's the taste of real life.
