Sorry! I'm new to the zone.
I just want to ask if anyone could help explain me about the stand of "Then", "Later on", "After that"...etc.

 then, later on, after that : these words are known as 'Sequence Markers' and they are used to show the order in which things happen. They are used when you are describing a story or a process of how things are made or work.

 For example, If i am explaining to you how to make rice....
 First, you clean the rice. After this, you find a saucepan, then you put the rice into the saucepan and let it soak. Later on, you cook the rice....

 Some other words or phrases with the same function are.....

 after, after this, after that, following this, following that, next, later, later on, then........................................

 Another example is describing to you my day.....
First I woke up at five o'clock in the morning. After this I brushed my teeth, then I washed my face. Next, I went to school..........Last I went to sleep!
