Hey paifon,  Cheesy

fantastic that the www.5steps2ielts.com student portal has supporters in Laos, that is really fantastic. We are very happy and proud to welcome you as a member of this website.

As for your question, IELTS concentrates mainly on communication skills in English, whereas TOEFL concentrates more on grammar. However, they are both similar and different.

I refer you to an earlier post i have made in this forum regarding this exact question by another member before.

If you look through all the TOEFL discussion threads you will see a very long answer given by me.  Cheesy

I will post it here again if you can't find it!  Smiley

Anyway, great to have you onboard and now we have members in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Korea, Japan and India and we are truly the first e-Learning portal for students in South East Asia.  Cheesy

Keep loggin in as the chatroom will start soon and as we get bigger with more members we are working hard to get better with more improvements to the website and more services to members.

have fun,
