help me p;ease everyone!!!

:?: :?: :?: oh, wow! i don't know how to used this site, i'm very very interested in this site, but but...but i don't know how to use!!!! :cry: :cry:
I like to study languages especially, English language.
So i decide to choose this website to study in, but the only one problem is i don't know what to do next???
I want an exercise! i want an introduce, How can???
i need answers, :idea: :idea: :idea: !! come on....
