You have to know what are you going to search whether on The Internet or Library
On the Internet, there are many search engines for you to find many document and what ever you want. There are 2 types of these;paid and free
I've got some free site for you like  www.encyclopedia.com
                                                          www.wikipedia.com
                                                          www.mhhe.com

The information you've searched are in detail and too much for you to skip and extract, but never mind, try to find what is important for your work.

I am very Surprised that you're interested in research paper.Normally, people come up with grammar with 5steps2ielts. Well, I do interest in research paper, too. Ok, to be your good friesd let me share humble idea from my experience;

Research paper is a very detail and concise study on a single topic. reseach paper should be about an issue, phenomenon or problem that the local people are facing and suggestion from your reseach paper should be apparently profitable for the people.

Writing a research paper needs a systematic procedure that starts from colleting information, studying the information, avaluating, suggesting and computerizing the information.
