Hmm... i think its not suppose to have "U" within "R"... coz "R" is far lighter consonant.

Saying 'AR' is the right way. Both American and British people always say 'AR' , but American always voice /r/, and British poeple say it as voiceless. Don't Cambodian say OR or AR.
