You can achieve your goal when you try.

So try and try again, ok? So you will improve your English skills. However, it might take some time for you to reach your goal.

You can set a regular timetable for yourself to self-study cos, it can help. Do more, reading, listening, speaking, writing, ... and thinking in English. It can help you move forwards better.
