Hi everybody,

If you are asked that question, what will be your honest answer?

Thanks in advance

While interviewing, tell you the truth, we cannot say the actual answer like what we expect, but tell them whatever to gain the job position. For instance, I follow your policy, you can wait and see my work results and then give me suitably....

Yet if you confidently believe that you pass the interview, you can ask them appropriate salary which is fit to your experiences and knowledge!!

That's all!! Wink

I love this one...... tell them the truth how much do you want? As before you're applying for that kind of job you might sure it's volunteer or not.

Try to find out the average salary paid elsewhere for that line of work.  Wink

Hi Jupi,

You may ask them back that," How much do they offer you? "

Just my idea.

One of the smart question to respond to this question is. How much will you pay for the best applicant? Then, the interviewers would give you some clues, the rank of salary...etc. So, then you know what to do now.

Hi guys, esp. Jupi,

One more good answer is " I want the average amount you offer to your employees ". And I always answer like this everytime I am interview.

Good luck,

Your answer means that you didn't get any success on your job yet because you have to do many interview and maybe still going on. What if the average amount offer between $30 to $50? will you accept it?
