Hi everyone,
I find it difficult to communicate with strange people. I don't have any ideas or topics to talk with them. my mom always says that i am too reserve so no one really like me. However when i am with my friend or a person the same age, it seems o.k to me. I talk alot when i am happy but so little when i am sad. Unfortunately i usually feel upset with everything i have. I don't speak it out but keep it inside so it makes me feel annoyed. How can i overcome this problem?
I LISTEN TO YOUR SHOW EVERY TIME AND OTHER SHOW TOO.
I would like to say congratulated to PAUL. You have done an absolutely fantastic work.

TAKE CARE

Hey Kimphaylin,

Thanks so much for your support and it is great that you are listening to the learning zone every wednesday and friday and getting some benefit from that!  Cheesy

Keep being positive when you try to speak and you will get confidence, from that confidence will come fluency and you will enjoy learning English. We at www.5steps2ielts.com are trying to make learning English fun and we know it is hard, but just try to be positive, keep practising and you will improve.  Cheesy

You can also find my speaking tips in the "Search" newspaper which can be found on all University campuses around Phnom Penh, so we are trying to help.  Cheesy

Thanks for your support!  Cheesy

It is awesome

have fun,

Cheesy Hi, Kimphaylin. What is wrong in your mind? Studying some time makes us a bit unhappy, espeacially whenever we can not understand it. it is just a simple problem with all the students.

:? When we read a lots books it usually can make us alittle boring or can cause  Stress. Whenever we feel likt that we stop studing for a while. Go for a walk, watch another bookor TV or listen to music. There is one thing that people maybe never do.   Have you ever sad or unhappy or broken heart :?:  All of these feeling are very difficult to control our mind to stop think about it? What do you usually do when you meet these problem?

Smiley The best way to solve these problems is that: Do not stay alone in a house or anywhere so silent. Go out to find friends together. No longer all these feeling will go away from your mind.

Wish good luck
