Hey wonderful members can you help me some ideas related to how to built team work effectively?

Effective teamwork comes from good leadership.
But, If you seek a serious advice, I'll teach you some kind of "military mind" work:
1. You must know WHAT you are fighting for
2. "Know your enemy, know yourself, 100% victory"... but you should define "Know" well!
3. Weakness is not allowed, even how much pain you would have to sustained.
4. To defeat (destroy) the enemy "entirely", its not that you must attack their weaknesses, its that you overpower their strength.
5. Choose a strong leader
6. Brotherhood is the key

I think that's under the management of the leader.
If you are building a team, then you have the right to ensure that the conditions are right. Also, why exclude managerial roles? A manager who doesn't listen is not a manager.  |

Some ideas: - Team leader and team members (division of work, someone to manage this or that) - each member's responsibility for the success of the group - Open communication (which should be very open for everyone) |
