I am afraid that when people ask for graduates, they will very rarely look at non-graduates. However, if someone applies who is not a graduate but has experience, they might be able to persuade people to regard their experience as equivalent to having graduated. I'm afraid that companies recruit according to their needs and not with regard to the social backgrounds of people. Where jobs are being given on the grounds of family, this is simply unfair and corrupt, but not the same as requiring a certain educational standard at entry level, which is not going to change and, if anything, will become increasingly the case.

Hi, marady
Don't be so upset about not having the requirements for the interview. Usually, when you want any employee, you always want a good one. So, it's very common that they require so many things.
Anyway, though you have no work experience, you have to try it. You have to tell them about your good things in your coverletter and CV. Tell them how you hard you work, and how motivated you are. Of course, maybe you have no work experience, but if they think you are good enough, they will give you an interview. If you don't try, you'll never know. You might be the best candidate.

I would not recommend just limiting yourself to looking for jobs from companies or NGOs who are placing advertisements for jobs.
I have two questions for you.
1)Do you know what kind of job you want?
2)Do you know what kind of company you want to work for?
These two questions you must be able to answer clearly for yourself before you start looking for a job.
If you are not absolutely sure of the two questions above, you have very little change of getting what you want.
Most people try to get a job interview when they really don't know the answer to either of the two questions I asked above.
The way to find the answers to the two above questions is to do research. Your best source for research is the Internet.
Please post again if you can or cannot answer the two questions above. Then I can give you more complete advice.
Regards,
Daniel

Hi! I agree with what you have said, but it happend occasionally not usually. To get interview is not very difficult or not so easy. I mean you have to prepare your self first, if you want to get interview, what is your major?, what things you can do?
Other thing, when you apply for a job you don't get short list next time you update your self and your resume also, try to understand about all scoop of work you want to be.
Thanks,

Dear all, I just want to tell you about my experiences regarding to interviews. After graduated from NUM, I had tried to find a job trough internet and newspapers. Many company interest my CV and call me to make an interview but I always fall nearly 1oo times. I never upset and disappointed. I told myself that one day I'll success. When I did something wrong during the interview I always took it as a experience and did it a better in the second times. Now I'm working as an accountant in a company.

hi marady!
I got an experience wanna tell you the first i though like you too and i agree it's true but not for all, but as Greeny mention if i Dun try i would never no .so at my first i sent the CV and some enclosure such as some works and assignment that i have done when i have studied and also in the cv i put all my study activity, all training course, all subject that related to the requirement finally i am asked for interview. The important thing when you have an interview nothing inportant than confident your self that you can work with them base on your knowledge so they probably confident in you too. as mr Paul always mention on the radio if you wanna improve you English must be confident your self to take or speak English.
Regards,
Giant
