Hi Chamroeun,

Thanks for your question.

Presently, I am a senior at Western University. I am 100% Cambodian, and I have been learning English since 2002.

Have fun

Hi there,

Today is my first time i posted my idea on this forum!!! My name is Panya, anywa.

Speaking is not so far different from other skills; each is correlated. The paragraphs describing below are my point of view regarding to speaking fluently and accurately.

First of all, you have to bear in mind that, learning a language is also a contextualized, not just a structural or grammatical function. It can be shown your proficiency when you use and expose it in a real world. Therefore, I recommend you to socialize and talk with mates whenever and wherever you have chance. As a result, it will first help you speak fluently.

Another idea is that in term of speaking, it is not different from writing; it has its own discourse markers to link your ideas comprehensibly and coherently. You need to mobilize the understanding of how and when to use them in academic way.

Last but not least, vocabulary and grammatical structure are another major themes to upgrade your speaking. The use of vocab in a correct and in appropriate sentence is critical and a key to success.

To sum up, you need to enhance your fluency at the same time your accuracy with the utility of transitional words, vocabulary, grammar, and complex sentences – combining your experiences and ideas from what you have gained throughout reading, listening, and writing. Thus, not only can you expose your English language ideally, but you can advance your speaking academically.

All the best,
Panya

Hi guys can i share small part,

Well for me i think confident should come first than you can talk anytime anywhere so you feel just like talk in Khmer.

Another things is that pronouciation oh abt that i have one thing i hope you guys didn't blame me bcos when i correct it to ma friends they just ignore it. It's about "S" whenever i listen to Cambodian or ma friends the most thing they forget to pronounce is "S". About that i have ma own strategy is that i always pronounce every word even s.t somebody said that you need to ,IDK what we call in English, don't pronounce that part of the word to be like native. But i think it's funny to not to pronounce some word like that it's ridiculous.

And about grammar i've no idea bcos m so weak in grammar when i speak but when i write everybody can get it. I don't understand what's going with me too.

That's all i got. Hope to get some exp from all of you back soon.

Nice talking to you,
Dex

hi all gyus how are you doing huh? M fandabbiedozy. oh hope all of you have a great holiday na. now i just want to answer to Theana question. how to improve English speaking quickly? my suggestion is:
1. Try to read, watch and listen to the English speaking chennels < so you will have more ideas >
2. Try to speak in English even you stay alone or make English conversation with friends < so it can make you have more confident for yourself na >
3. Whenever you have English conversation, Plz trying to stay calm and think about the question then reply by simple, slowly and then think by your own how can you make conversation longer.
4. Remember!!!!!!!!!! ( KEEP IT SIMPLE, MAKE IT EASY )

For all readers if I have mistakes Plz forgive me and give me the feedback.
