Hello everybody  Cheesy

I want to share my essay for writing assignment with all of you. I hope it wll be off service.

How to Learn a Foreign Language

Learning a foreign language is difficult but not impossible, and it will become easier if you follow these following methods. First, take classes in learning a foreign language. This is a crucial way in learning language and you should start learning at your younger age, before the age of ten, because all languages are equally easy as your mother tongue when you are young. Second, surround yourself with a foreign language, that is, whatever you do, wherever you go, you should think about your second language. When you are, for example, on the way to your school, work or home by bus, car, motor or on foot, you should bring some books with you, so you can take time to read them. If you stay at home doing your housework, you should listen to news, songs or anything else in your non-native language. Third, us your foreign tongue as a tool of communication. In order to be fluent in a second language speaking, you had better use it as much as possible. You should, in other words, communicate with people around you by using it. Foe instance, you may create a foreign language speaking time with your family, to paraphrase, you and your family, especially your siblings ought to choose a time when you can talk a lot to each other like the time after dinner or others. Thus, during these times you should have your say in a second tongue as much as you can, and do not worry about making any mistakes when you speak because accidents will happen! You can make this speaking time with you r friends, classmates or other people as well. In contrast, if you are an only child in the family and you want to carry out this speaking method, you can, in case of your parents are the only-one-language-speaking people or they are gone to work, talk to yourself by using a mirror or you just talk around whatever comes into your head. The next step you can take into account is that you should talk to native speakers whenever you have a chance. Talking to foreigners is an onerous task when you first start learning your foreign tongue but everything has its own start, so you must strive to have friendly conversations with them and let them know that you are learning to speak their language. Speaking with native speakers not only enhance your skill of speaking but help improve your listening skill since you make a special effort to grasp what your speaker is saying. Follow any processes above, your foreign language learning will be exactly better.

Besides, there are several ancillary techniques you should pay your attention to such as learn by heart, put all four skill into practice, devote your time in studying, revise often what you have learned and encourage yourself in learning. All languages have certain things, a sound-pattern, words, and grammatical structure, in common. Therefore, you may sometimes need to learn by heart. If, for example, you learn English as a foreign tongue, you should learn some rules by repetition like spelling rule, I before E except after C or writing rule, dot your Is and cross your Ts. Learning language, either first or second one, requires all four vital skills, listening, reading, speaking and writing, that is, you cannot fail to learn any one of them. As a result, you have to attempt to develop these skills everyday as much as you can. Another important factor in learning is self-study, an effort to learn about any subject by yourself. This kind of learning demands you to apply most of your time in studying, that is, you have to bury yourself in your books. It also contributes to the greater part of your learning because what you gain in school banks greatly on how much you study. Hence, you had better improve you r study habit by setting aside a certain time each day for study. You should make up your own revision cycle, once every week or month, and revise often what you have studied. This technique is very important since it helps you remember things you have worked on, so you should keep it in mind. The last method that plays an important role in learning a foreign language is self-encouragement. You, as a learner, ought to have commitment to study and do not let any difficulty or problem discourages you from it. Likewise, you should build self-confidence and never give up hopes whenever you face obstacles.  Finally, studying abroad is also great for learning a second language because you are living in a certain environment full of differences and excitement which make you long to learn new things especially new language, a foreign language. On the whole, if you are interested in learning a foreign language, take all of these processes into consideration and try out any method you prefer.

Thanks for your reading!

A good piece of writing, Jupiter, but one easy thing you could do to make it easier for the reader is to look at the paragraphing.  I think the piece would read better if it were divided into shorter paragraphs, which would make it more targetted.  One point, one paragraph.

Hi Tdol  Smiley

Many thanks for your suggestion. It's really worth considering. I consent to you that my writing would be easier to read if it's divided.

Next time I'll try out your hint

Thanks again

Hi Jupiter,

You are avery good one at sharing ideas. But I just want to let you know something that more helpful for the reader like me.

Color is special to use when you want to show what is the most important thing you want to show, so try to use different color for special note for the reader.

I hope you are more happy when you use colors to help the readers more enjoyable.

Good luck,

Chesda

PS: I love blue color, it means my important idea.

Hi Lyda,

Thanks for your praise and suggestion. I Do agree with you that my essay makes your eyes go crazy. Next time I'll take your and others'suggestions into practice. My essay looks crowded 'cause I just copied it from Ms.Word and after I copied it, I clicked submit. That's why it's resulted in some great suggetion to improve it.

Thanks for all your comment.

Hi Jupiter, Cheesy

Nice to have your essay posted here!
Great to have read your essay!

Actually, it is an out of the world essay, jupiter. Great job. But it'd be much better if it is just devided into short paragraphs as what Tdol has suggested. It'd become more attractive and make the readers feel comfortable during their reading too. Cheesy
