Hi friend I don't think foreigners can speak English as a native speaker but we can make it similar to the native by:
- Practise reading with tapes
- Practise making pronounciation
- Listen much to native speakers
- Practise speaking with native speakers
- Read it loud while you read

Another idea from me is...
-Listen to English Music as much as you can
-Get the lyrics from the internet
-Pratice singing it
Sooner or later your pronunciation will improve.
Believe it or not?
Try it!
Have fun

Hey you guy! i think whenever you learn a new word, you should learn where the stress of this word is so you probably sound beautifully!

in order to speak like native speakers, you should try to practice speaking with them. however, i think it is hard for us to do the same as them because we, cambodians, sometimes pronounce the english in the wrong way. SO i think the best way is to live abroad. it's just my idea.
hey, in you sentence can show us that you may know a lot about grammar. that's why i want to ask you one question which has been questioned by our 5steps2english member too. He asked how many kinds of sentence the english grammar has.

I give credit to this methods. But depending on practicing as singing is not enough, you only know how to pronounce each words clearly and correctly, but when its come to conversation, you will have to practice once more for it.
