Well,you should make them active in class like some games they're going to make them excited and easy to understand (change the games style every times you got grammar day) i know all students don't want to study with teacher who is strict and stress so you may want them to get good feel with you right? just tell them a joke story after the class finish.You can make it your own
My teacher often do that everyday and i really enjoy it so much hey other good idea you don't have to remember their name hmm make them some nick heheheh sound really good
