Hmm..we have to know what's your students level first?so it's much easier..anyway,i never teach just got you some ideas  Grin
Well,you should make them active in class like some games they're going to make them excited and easy to understand (change the games style every times you got grammar day) i know all students don't want to study with teacher who is strict and stress so you may want them to get good feel with you right? just tell them a joke story after the class finish.You can make it your own  Cheesy
My teacher often do that everyday and i really enjoy it so much hey other good idea you don't have to remember their name hmm make them some nick heheheh sound really good
