Dear students,

please give information about your feelings about the ielts writing task 2 and i will provide some tips and techniques in the newsletter ( coming soon ).
Don't forget to give an email address when you join the forum so that the newsletter can reach you

remember essay is ideas + structure so work on both so that you are fully prepared.

In the exam TIME is your enemy, so practice being able to write in 40 minutes ( 250 words ). This takes practice so dont worry if it takes you more time before you get it right.

remember not only practice makes perfect,
but only perfect practice makes perfect.

tips and techniques from the 5 steps method will be available online very soon,

have fun,

Paul

Dear Paul,

My listening and speaking abilities are strong. However, I need to begin to be able toread academic texts and also write in an academic way. I am not yet preparing for the IELTS exam but need to work on academic tasks righ now.

What advice can you give me on improving both myacademic reading and writing skills - books, tips, ideas...

I have no real experience of academic reading/writing so far...

thank yooooo.

Noi.
