I'm not clever te Dalin, but can I eat your woders up??

+When we say the phrase A NUMBER OF, it means we talk about the amount of somethings, numbers of sth, a lot of sth...

Ex: A number of people are going to visit Kompong Som this summer= A lot of people are going to.........

+ On the condition that we talk about THE NUMBER OF, it refers to the figure of sth!
Ex: The number of people visited Cambodia on the year 2006 is greater than that 2005.

Is it fit your wonder? Wink
