Hi Lee   

A good speaker is a person that has a lot of general knowledge. They can speak their mind well. 

A good Pronunciation I think it automatically happen when the first time that everyone speaks English. Even me I'm tried to make my pronunciation like a native one. I can't. I'm still having a Khmer tongue. 
But my friends are good pronunciation even her or she is Khmer.   

A good listening I think you have to post in listening module

Hi lee!
I know you are wory about your pronunciation and listening.
For me I don't wory about that so much because i thing that  it's not importance trying to make pronunciation but what i mention about is to say the word clearly so that everybody can understand what we meant.
this is the true pronuncitation.
And about listening i don't know how to improve and I also don't know what someone are talking about too
but i know that it's because of i know very little vocavulary.
So the way to improve listening is try to learn more vocabulary.
I don't thing all of my idea are all right but you can compare them with the other.

Thank u!! I think that your is good enough, but we still need to improve alot!! When I heard the foreigner speech I want to do like them, but It's so hard to do like them!!! Yet, my listend is poor but sometime I can understand what they discuss about!!!! and sometime not!!!
I'll do as your recommend!!! U know my English is so poor, I can't be hardly write a Paragraph!!! and I don know how to write it!!!!
