Welcome to this forum. When you view the 5steps forum for the first time, you will see that there are different sections, each of which improves your English. The message board consists of "Introduction, Announcement,..." where you can post your self-introduction and comments related to Englsh, as well as "speaking, writing, listening and reading" where you can ask or share ideas regarding to these. So if you would like to post an introduction, just post it in the Introduction Part. And everybody will see and reply to it. 

Denith, it doesn't take power to be here. It takes your knowledge and curiosity of learning. We are in the same position, a student and curious learner

Well i think he now understand it but where is him now why don't you inform your purpose huh.
Ok about your listening i think listening to Paul show every M/T/W night is the best way and esp you can even join the show to ask for help too.

Oh one more you can also watch your favorite movie at home but you need to watch it maybe 5 times or less to understand everything in the movie and ya know when you back at school start talk about it wit your friends at free time so watch it till you can tell your friends everythings. These are some of ma points hope it work on you too.
