Hi Borak,

ur problem happened with me before.

here is some of my experiece:
        1. try to remember the vocabulary as much as posible, with the right pronuncaition
        2. also try to remember the short form of sentence and also how to pronouce it
              ex: I have... = I've.....;   you are.....= you're;.............
        3. be confident ur self(think that, what they're speaking is easy to underderstand)

To piseth.. u really have good ideas.. They are very appreciated...

To Borak

I think the problem you have here is that you are nevous when talking with foreigners.. maybe you're afraid of making mistakes that's why you find it hard to talk to them...

My idea is that you should find more chance to have a talk with foreigners so that you will get used to talking with them. The most important thing is to be brave. Learning is not about perfectness. It's all about practise and learn from mistakes. The benefit of talking foreigners is that you might be corrected or given comment when you make mistakes. So, you can improve both accuracy and fluency...

I think that the best thing you should start before you speak is be confident because for me at classroom, i'm not so confident so i spoke quickly but wrongly and i really apreciate your problem. you made mistakes in your post.I correct some of it.
you typed speak wrong but in fact is speak wrongly. Because we use adverb to modify verb. not verb and then adj.!
i can't corect more cos now i'd better be off.

To Palm-tree!!
I think you are a bit confuse about the word wrong and wrongly.
To the real world the both words can be used exchangeable. I mean that on some circustance, it consists the same meaning.

To Borak

To improve speaking is to learn to speak, by external and internal ways!!!!

Borak, if you need to have friend, you must have confidence first. Man, confidence is the first thing.

Lacking of input( general knowledge ) makes people unable to express oneself clearly to people whom they talk to. The only best way to deal with such problem is to read as much as possible, for the more we read, the more we know. We'll load lots of input into our brain after we read sth. Then we'll share that input with people we meet.

Speaking English fluently is not related to its speed but it's depends on how accuracy you pronounce each word. But how? get yourself a big dictionary then install its CD file into ur PC. Whatever words you don't know how to pronounce, you can rely on it. Then mimic what you hear. That's it. Easy right? ah ah it depends.  Step by step!

Speaking relies heavily on your skills in both listening comprehension and pronunciation. Therefore you you should listen a lot.
