Hey Muoyly Vichera,
Welcome to the forum and thanks for your questions. It is difficult finding time to study and especially to read books. However, reading is one of the weakest skills for Cambodian students and it does require effort and setting aside some time to do it and develop the skills to make you a better reader.
It is said that a little bit every day is much better than doing a lot at irregular intervals. So you should try to find a time to read a little bit every day, this way you will gradually improve you skills. I usually do some reading every night just before I go to sleep before I put the lights out and this makes me feel tired and sometimes gives me a good dream! In the same way we need food to feed the body, we need knowledge to feed the mind and reading gives you new information, new ideas, new vocabulary and provides a lot of food for your brain!
One idea is that you may think to read your book when you are on the way to the provinces, if you are not driving you may have some time to read during the journey. Read different kinds of materials, some things which are light and entertaining where you do not need to read very closely. Read other things which are full of information, which you need to read carefully. This way you develop the two skills of reading gist ( general ideas ) and reading for specific infomation ( more details ).
Hope this helps and keep up the reading!
Have fun,
Paul
