IELTS change?

i heard that IELTS's speaking change? Is that true or it changes little bit!

HI TSP,

I'm not an editor but I can answer your question to some extent. My friend who took the IELTS last month said that there's not much change in the IELTS itself. The fee to take the IELTS has increased but the content is arranged the same way as it's done before.
