Here is tips how not to get lost in the listening test. Again, free to kick it off, modify it, or accept it!

In order not to get lost there are two things to remember: 1. know what is in the questions and 2. know what is on the tape! but the problem is how to?
1. simply read through the questions as quickly and as carefully as possible. underline keywords.
2. read for 2 (maybe 3) questions at a time(that is when u are trying to answer Q1, always know what is asked in Q2, when u are trying to answer Q2, always know what is asked in Q3 and so on...this may still be useful in reading sub-test.
3. a good idea to listen for speaker changes in intonation and notice some language as
and now(we wil)...,Now tell me..., Next I'd like to.....4. as soon as you have answered Q1 go quicly to Q2...
5. a good idea to use contractions, but be sure you will be able to read them. this will allow u more time to focus on answering questions.
what to do if you got lost?
1. don't be panic. this can be avoided by talking positively to yourself such as
i will pass, it is ok.2. try to skim through your highlighted words while focusing on the tape.
3. you will certainly find your place if you keep on your keywords, but be aware of paraphrase too.
4. some questions you cannot answer, just guess!
hope you do well tomorrow! good luck!
