   i have learn many things for my first topic.......Em...in order to write a good essay,we need to gain some ideas, knowledge from that. so if we face with the topic that we have no ideas about it, how can i solve this problem. thanks for reading my non sense question, hope i'll get more knowledge from this cos i have difficulty with no ideas. good luck!

Before writing an essay, always brainstorm the idea related to your topic
And then discuss about it by any way you can, search book, the Internet, or with friends and teachers

Writing essay, I think, without research, it has meaningless

you ALWAYS have some ideas, Qd! what you actually don't have is how to dig that ideas out of your head.

if you are in exam situation, just first talk positively to yourself such as it's easy I'll be able to do it . second, is to brainstorm the ideas. if you cannot dig them out, just write as many things as possible relating to the topic, I say anything! the more you write down, the more clever your brain works and the more ideas you have. it is true! try your and you will see!

if you are not in exam situation, brainstorm ideas and do research!

This is not a nonsense question, dude. It is really a good question as I used to face before. Personally, if you attempt to write a good essay, you should follow all the writing steps as well as expess your ideas widely. If you are facing this kind of situation (have no any idea about the topic), please don't baffle, but you should try to read the topic again and again in order to catch the meaning of the topic and make sure what the topic is talking about. After you understood the main idea of the topic, you would be able to brainstorm some ideas for your writing.

You all have great ideas to deal with finding ideas to write in an essay!!!--Great--!!!

I have some too.

How can a child learn? When a child was born he/she didn't know anything, right? How can he/she become someone like you are today? Ask yourself, how can you know things you know today? Maybe you can use that way to find ideas to write as well ?

If you can answer all of my questions above, maybe you have learn something for your essay.

Let me introduce you one way of writing the essay at some points where it is good for beginner. Get a topic or story where you like most then read it out until you finish it. And the next step is to take the blank sheet. Sitting down at your desk or somewhere else where you feel comfortable enough. Rewrite the story or the topic that you have just read. By doing this you can express your own ideas and thought and make it a brand new story. Have fun,
