Listening and speaking probably are the most difficult skill for us as second english speaker. However, don't loose hope. Here i have some tips from my experience. Enjoy them!

1. Try to lesten to english as much as possible
2. Speak what you have heard
3. Do whatever you can to say the word exactly like the original
4. Watch English speaking movies
5. Believe that you can do it
6. Give yourself break time

After this you will understand anything.
