My guess is right it has the word Master. Master of Art, certificate of English language of teaching adult! Is it a certificate for native English teachers?  Huh

Obviously, Paul is a native speaker of English. MA CELTA certifies him in teaching English to young adults. I think it's not only for native English teachers. One has to go through some years to get it.
