Hi Tdol,

In speaking part 2, I was a bit nervous because in the class I have never heard about that topic. I decided suddenly to choose Samdach Chuun Nart the greatest monk in our country. I said he helped in many different fields like education, health service, counsellings especially with the poor people. I used exactly the same format that teacher Paul taught us at preparation class like introduction, body and paragraph.

In part 3, you see the questions seemed very hard for me but I just tried to answer:

- What can we do to improve relationship with neighbor (A: I think that having good relation between neighbor is a good idea and we can archive that by helping each other when they need us, for example we can share some special food that we cooked and especially when there is crime we can alarm each other so that we all are safe and we become warmer together.)

- Is it important to have a good neighbor (A: I personally believe that it would be great to have a good neighbor because when there is sth wrong just only the neighbor who are closely near us they can save us in time and another thing is that we would be more happier and comfortable if we have good neighbor rather than neighbor from hell as we call like how can we sleep when they held their stupid over night party without thinking about us.)

- In your society are there any social helping facilities? At that time I was stuck by this question and I asked the examiner to rephrase and explain that for me. he did so and then I tried to answer (A: of course there are some in Phnom Penh for instance, beside hospitals which we can find everywhere here, also there are some special health service provider for free that offer vaccination and medical discussion. For security purpose we also have a large number of police station where we can report crime and show the suspicious people to the police. And the last one is charity body, in some parts of Phnom Penh there are lots of poor people so it is where they can get fund, food and temporary shelter for a while. I feel that all of these  facilities are absolutely important for my society.

- Why does some people get upset when having bad neighbor while they have their own family in good status? (A: I think that living can be better if we have both good feeling inside and outside the house, just like some family they do have really really good relationship between their members but they have a very bad, annoying and stupid neighbor so I do not think they can really get happiness. They might have a lot of quarrel in their land, properties and sth like that. This a big problem so I strongly believe that in order to have a happy life first we have to make our own family good and then we also have to think the atmosphere around where we live too.

I see, your speaking test is really good. You can answer the questions accurately, grammatically, and fluently.I no, you feel that you didnt produce very execellent ideas, actually, the speaking test is mainly to test your ability to speak English. Anyway, I see that you have many interesting ideas. So I think you did very well. I would say that you will get atleast 6.0.

Yes or no is the best answer for you question Ramin! You don't get my word, since I am a weak-apply-linguistic person!! What I mean is that if you were living in countryside you would have come across many problems concerning with your IEL topic na. Therefore, you can find the answer more easily!!
