Hi mates! Please do me a favor by correcting my essay cos i haven't edited it yet! Teaching is a Multi-process Job [/b] To develop a country, it is required to have enough usable and effective human resources. To have enough such human resources, it is needed to have adequate trainers or we can call “Teachers”. Therefore, teachers play vitally important roles in developing a country. Even though, teaching job is generally known as significant and well-paid one, there are still many people do not want to be a teacher because of their thinking that teaching is a multi-process job and it is absolutely difficult to perform such work. Why is teaching a multi-process job? So as to answer such question, it is better to take a deep look of what a teacher does in his/her pre-teaching, while-teaching and post-teaching work. Pre-teaching works—works that a teacher has to do or prepare before conducting a real teaching—are very significant for a teacher to perform his/her teaching effectively and professionally. In general speaking, there are two major things which a teacher has to be well-prepared on his pre-teaching work; they are well-lesson designed and well-personality looked. Well-lesson designed refers to a lesson which is readable, well-organized, understandable and attracting to students. For well-personality looked most time is said refers to a preparation of a teacher appearance and behaviors; it infers that a teacher has to be well-dressed and act appropriately; for example, if he/she teaches children how he/she should respond such situation and what about adults and equal or older-age persons. Additionally, teacher has to make sure that he/she comprises sufficient and suitable materials for each of his teaching sessions. Thus, if one wants to teach effectively and professionally, he/she has to fore-think and well-prepared such above-describing things. While-teaching works—what teachers do during their actual teaching time—are so a challenge thing for every teacher, because it requires such persons who are thoughtful and flexible. To know what a teacher does during his/her while-teaching time, roles of a teacher, controller, organizer, prompter, participant, resource, tutor and observer, seem to indicate precisely and acceptably. When teachers act as controllers they are in charge of the class and of the activity taking place in a way that is substantially different form a situation where students are working on their own in groups; controllers take the roll, tell students things, organize drills, read aloud, and in various other ways exemplify the qualities of a teacher-fronted classroom. Being an organizer often teachers involve in giving students information, telling them how they are going to do the activity, putting them into pairs or groups, and finally closing things down when it is time to stop. In doing so is vitally important because if students do not understand what they are supposed to do, the teachers’ way of teaching is assumed to be failed. Assessor is a role which requires teachers to offer feedback, correct and grade students in various ways. As a prompter, teachers act as a student-in-need material; it means that if students get stuck or do not clear with any points while conducting their learning process, teachers have to interact or motivate immediately, kindly and optimistically. Rarely have teachers been as a participant, yet this role, participant, is very crucial because it can make students feel warmer and more enjoyable with the way teachers’ teaching, as a result the teaching could be performed successfully. Teachers as a resource mean that teachers have to be able to answer, explain and solve all any students’ questions and wonders. Yet, while students are working individually, teacher as tutor is required, because only being a tutor that can resolve students’ issues effectively and so as not to disturb other students’ working. Role as observer, teachers’ work is to behold students’ activities not only the right things, but also the misbehaved ones in order to help, correct, and give feedback and other students’ needs. Adding to the roles of a teacher, teachers’ while-teaching work is to balance the student teaching time (STT) and teacher talking time (TTT) effectively; simultaneously, he/she is required to meet the schedule which is determined by his/her school, too. As we read the above describing, we see that teachers’ while-teaching works are extremely complicated and challenge. One more thing, teachers have to be flexible all the time, because they have to act suitably and reasonably for any tactics or roles that they choose to practice such situation they face while teaching. Post-teaching works—works that teachers have to do after finishing class—are said to have inter-relationship with the pre-teaching ones; it means that some post-teaching activities are the same pre-teaching activities like well-prepared the about-to-teach lesson, well-organized and so forth; however, there are some points that are apparently separated. Although class finished, teachers are never free from their job like other workers do. For instance, his/her class just conducts monthly test, final exam, homework or any assignments and so forth, he/she has to take his/her personal time at home to correct and mark such task and then report to the school director or studies office. In addition, he/she is needed to do more research on any concerning topics of a going-to-teach lesson. Besides, he/she is required to be comprehensive and competent to the course so as to solve any potential student-asking questions. According to the above-explaining reasons of the pre-, while- and post-teaching woks of a teacher, we obviously see that teaching is such a hard and complicated job, because teachers have to be well-prepared both the going-to-teach lesson and personality look. Moreover, they have to be thoughtful and flexible all the time in order to make learning environment be attracting. Out of these, teachers have to act and choose appropriate tactics and methods to teach so as to get an effectiveness and efficiency of the conveying lesson. Furthermore, after class teachers hardly have enjoyable holidays or funny time owing to taking their personal time to correct and mark students’ homework, assignments and so forth and then report it to the school director or studies office. Besides, being a teacher is very risky due to he/she has to face to answer many questions spontaneously. In addition, if we do an observation on the task of a teacher, it appears to be a circle job; it suggests that the teachers’ works have a start, but it never end at any point. Ultimately, we can honestly sum up that teaching is a multi-process job. Does my writing fit with the topic? Thank for spending your invalue time reading and editing my essay!! Have fun!! Kimlong

Wow... great introduction. Anyway, what is the aim of the essay? I don't know exactly what is the aim of the essay, but when my friend as me a question " why is teaching a multi-process job?" Immediately I come up with this essay! What do you think? If I'm not wrong, I think well- (as prefix) is used before adjective, not noun Yes I see dude. Yet in my writing I can't even find any word or phrase to replace the phrase " well-personality look(ed)". What do you think? Is it 100% wrong or acceptable? Or can we change something? Hope to hear from you asap! Indeed, thank you very much mate! Kimlong

Oh Denith, I'm not sure!! Does the word "modest" used to express an inner and appearance of one? Is it possible to form Well-modest or we just use such word alone? Hmm, it's complicated for me. Yes sure, Loren. If you don't put your heart on reading my above writing, it turns out so complicated, yet if do you will find it's very simple. YOu know I spent a night to write this essay na.
