Dear Keokalyan,

Thank u very much keokalyan for ur kindly comments to me.

I hope that u will get what u want that is to get at least 6 in the IELTS test. For me, I personally believe that u will deserve to get not lower than 6 cuz ur English is pretty good.
Anyway, I want 2 ask u that after u graduate from ACE GEP Level 12, do u still continue to study the Diplma courses???

Have a nice weekend!!!
Remember to do ur best during the test nxt week.

Hi Nolan and Kalyan,

Hey Nolan, I am happy to hear that you are the student at Sisowath. I was also a student at Sisowath. It's cool, Hey guy if you want to choose a good University I can suggest you that all most every Unversity is good but depend on the students. It also relates to the Major that you want to take, If you want to take English major please try IFL or PUC, But if you want to take Ingeneer please try the school that best at it for in stance Noton University... So please let me know what major do you want to take. I bet you won't take Law, but if you take Law please my school is the best one RULE.

Just a few for you...

Hope to see what is your major.

Cheer,

Poch

Dear Chesda,

I'm very glad that u give me suggestions about good universities and I'd like to tell you that I'm really interest in Business Administration & English Literature. Can u tell me which university is best in this major? I've already chosen to study English Literature at IFL n I recently took the scholarship entrance exam. But, I'm not sure whether I'll get the scholarship or not.

Nevertheless, as a growing demand of qualification in this challenging society, I want to study in two majors. That's why I'm seeking for university that offers the good quality.

And how about u Chesda, where do u study???

I'm looking forward to hearing ur reply.

Best wishes,

Nolan

Hi Nolan,

Quote
I'm really interest in Business Administration & English Literature.

That's great that you choose these majors, the school that I would recommend you is PUC why? Because as you focus on English and Business, PUC its programs are in Englilsh, most of the students that want to learn at PUC in whatever major they must take the English test first in order to study at their major.

Other schools also have their specail feathures. Let try this:

- Ask the students at that school you want to study how is the school? Does it provide good qualified teachers, programs, practice, ...

- It is good to have more info about the school from different people, as you know one can't see all the bad or good, it helps when you ask more people.

Oh! I am a student at RULE (Royal University of Law and Economics) my major is Law, and I am a scholarship student. RULE teaches in KHMER language, but it has English program for the student at their major for example, I am a law student so I have an English program related to Law Terminology and reading, listening, speaking, and writing. At this third year I will study English with a lawyer from the states.

I hope it helps you....

Chesda

Dear Chesda,

This morning I went to PUC n I've got all the information about this school. Before you can enroll in any courses at PUC, you got to be tested your English proficiency first cuz all the courses at PUC is being taught in English like what you said. But there is an exception for those who got TOEFL 550 or IELTS 5.5 that you will automatically qualify to the bachelor degree without studying any English courses at PUC. My IELTS score meet the requirement of this school, so my life will become much easier!!!

Anyway, I've got some more questions to ask you about learning English. Well! Actually among the four macro skills, my weakest skill is Writing. Therefore, I knew that you?re the winner of the last essay competition. So, Please!!! Give me some useful techniques in order to write a good essay.

R u goin to take part in the upcoming competition???

Have a nice day!!!

Hi Nolan,

It is always welcome, if you want to know the technique in writing. You can go to writing part of this forum, you will see my posts and many good ideas from other members too.

For this up coming competition, I think I can join because I am busy with the research paper and Write the essay Competition for the World Bank contest 2006. For all the competitions that I joined it doesn't mean I want the prize, but I want to show my words to those people who want to know how to make a better world, as a song from Micael Jacson, " Health the world". I Just want to be part of the world!?

If you join the contest, please read more at Writing part of the forum to get some ideas, I think you can write very well cos, your IELTS is quite hight...
Good luck,

Poch
