Good afternoon uber moderators and netizens, I would like to ask for your opinion on where I can post announcements related to my school's new course to be offered next month in Cambodia. I wouldn't want to step on anybody's toes when i want to announce something that is somewhat related to English learning nor give an impression that I am using this site to promote personal interests. I am looking for famous BLOG/FORUM sites where I can post COURSE offerings and stuff like that.

Thanks denith, our company will be having a seminar this coming 10th of August. We will be introducing our 6-month Certified Nursing Assistant and Caregiving courses in Cambodia.
