I really don't know what they are...my friends say ' they speak too fast '  Grin
Yeah: Complete the table, guess what kind of words to fill in like nouns, verbs, plural, count or uncount... i often confuse   
Process also: look at the picture clearly, they are not telling us in order.
Section 1-4 : the hardest section is number 4 Cry
keep your eyes and heart on the question pages.

In my opinion,the greatest problem which we meet in listening test is the equivalent expression.You must find not only the key word of the question but also the synonym of the key word.I think so.
