Some ideas....
Problem : Lots of litter in the street
Often litter left in the street during the day and at night until collected
Litter is not recycled
People are not educated about being responsible with their own litter
Solution : Government to improve the sanitation services and make sure the streets are clean more
regularly. Employ more people, have more rubbish trucks and have collections day and night
Encourage use of wheelie bins, to keep rubbish contained instead of lying open on the street
Government to promote green awareness, and educate people to recycle what they can, this
could be glass or plastic to begin with.
Schools could being a program of litter eduation with children.
