"Really don't want to..."or"don't really want to..."

One thing I don't understand is that between "I really don't want to..." and "I -don't really want to..." are the same or different?
And the last thing is my grammar right or wrong in this text?

for example:
- i really don want to do this project. << i am  100% sure that i  don want to do this project>>
