Show me some sratgies how to study core English

Dear all
i'm a college studen. in my unversity have many subject but only that i feel difficalt to learn is core English. I've got a poor result of it and i want all of you tell me how to study it. As you know core English contain many subjects like reading, lestening, writng, speaking, and grammer. i like reading and writing but i don't like grammer it hard for me to study it. happy to see your help
