bunkheam,

it is a common problem, and is to do with confidenceand the way you learn speaking. Most teachers do not teach you methods of how to speak better, they only have you practice what you can speak. The way to improve speaking is to speak by using some graded grammar drills and practice by repetition.

I will have some information about some lower level drills you can practice on the site soon,

also stay tuned to LOVE FM 97.5 where each program i will give out a special speaking tip.
Last week it was not to use the word FINE to answer How are you?
It is because i think it is a boring word, and if you use other words like wonderful, fantastic, amazing, you will get confidence and be more positive when you speak to foreigners.

great to have you on the website,

have fun!

Smiley Hello,

I think students learning foreign language seems to have problem in speaking. I used to be one too, but now I think I speak much better than before.

Things that help me speak fluently is that I keep speaking English. Usually, I speak alone in front of the mirrow or just imagine that I am having a conversation with a friend. I don't care about making mistakes. I just think of a story or something and just tell it in English.
I did like this for 3 or 4 months, then I noticed that I had improved my speaking.

Tongue I still do like this now. I hope maybe this can help you.
