Good Day! I myself haven't developed my speaking to fluency yet, but according to my learning, I have got some tips of how to speak fluently. If you speak fluently: 1. you can produce spoken and written English with ease.
2. you have a good command of English because you can produce good intonation/tone and vocabulary as well as grammar.
3. You can communicate effectively with English users.
4. You can interact without causing break-down in your conversations or difficulties in making others understand what you mean. Have a nice day!  |
