To get ideas?

Not really difficult at all in getting ideas to speak or to write. As you would know that you have two ears, two eyes, two hands, two legs, so why not use them to get ideas? Just simple if you want to get ideas, you have to use your eyes reading more books or anything, and use your ears to listen to anything. And don't forget to use your brain??!!?? Means you have to think for reasons and ask youself what do you think about what you see, hear, touch, feel....

It's all easy right? Just getting ideas is not difficult at all. You see.

You speak less with your friends means you are not a chatty. Me too, I am not that good at speaking about such things. But for my presentation or my work, I can say I could speak a lot. Because, I have got some great ideas through my ways I mentioned above.

Good Luck,

P.

some ideas,

When you speak. don't be nervous and you dont think of grammer because you are not English native speaker. So, you can speak whatever you want do not focus on grammer or mistake.

AH? forming sentences?

That's your turn again to read books for that. As you know if you want to make a sentence, even though, it is a simple sentence you have to make sure that you use the correct form. For instance, "I am go home." This is absolutely incorrect. Because the wrong usage of "to be". To make it clear for you to speak with accuracy, please read your grammar books.

Just reading is not that good, you have to speak out the examples or when you read, try to read out loud. keep it simple and make it as fun, so you will benefit a lot.
