Speaking and Listening Skill

Hi everybody, yesterday I was interviewed with French guy. You know his acent is very hard to listen. Actually I was hired by him. Then, I'm afraid that when I work with him. It's very difficult to communicate with him, my boss. So, please give me some advise how to improve my listening skill.

Hello Neuon 

Dont be afraid becuase this is your first time  to talk with him. if you have much time to stay close with him. i think you should try to speak with him eventhought it is difficult. and i think you have ur own ways how to understand what he say. i know we are not native speaker , so we can't catch all the words that native speaker said. i try to understand what he wand / need. and then try to make full sentences when you talk with him.

'' if you clash with giant,you dont have second chance" i hope you understand this proverbe.

Hello!
A french man speak English ?? Oh ! it sounds great . you  know normally french do not speak English. So you can talk to him it is good already ,but I just want to you to make sure when you speak to him and please don't be afraid to talk to him . If you are not clear you can ask him , so please be a brave man. I hope you can try to talk to him when ever you have time . This way improves ur speaking alot.
It just my idea does it work with you.

Thanks for you idea.
He is my boss. So, I dare not to beg him pardon and pardon.
This is the reason that I really worry. But I'll try to communicate with him properly.
