Hey guys,

this is the place to introduce yourself to us and the community of members learning english together on this forum.

some of you know me already! that is fantastic, great to be meeting you and able to help you again online, and some of you don't know me, so basicallly.........

I am Paul Brown ( MA CELTA ),

That means i have a Masters Degree and I am a fully qualified English language teacher. I have been teaching English for nearly 7 years and i have some experience which i am going to share with you on the radio show and on this website.

I am experience in teaching all kinds of English language teaching, but my special area of interest is English examinations, I have written a book on IELTS, and i have taught TOEFL,  TWE, SAT, TOEIC, GRE and GMAT at Univerisities both in India and in Thailand.

Now I am living in Cambodia which is a fantastic country and i am starting the first online student centred and teacher led educational website as a way of helping the students of Cambodia learn English and hopefully make a small difference in the helping to improve the level of education for Cambodia in the future.

We will have members from all over the world, some of my old students from India, Thailand will also join as well as some teachers and students from UK. So once the chat room starts, this will help link Cambodian students to the world community in an  English language learning community.

I hope you can all use this chance to let us know more about you guys, it is your forum and the more we know about your experience of learning English, the more we can help you improve!

have fun!

Dear Mr Paul,

I am very appreciated to have such a fantastic opportunity on your helpful website. Anyway, I would like to ask you a question, ok?

Are you teaching English at ACE? Apparently, people say you are teaching there? Is it true? :?:

All the best to you,
Pisey

Hey guys,  Cheesy

I do teach part-time at a language school in Phnom Penh and some of you will know which one I teach at. I also teach at a local University and I also do a lot of other teaching work at other places too.

However, my main job is with you guys and the 5steps team developing an e-learning enviroment to help Cambodian students learn English. That takes up a lot of my time, and I am currently working on developing more content for you guys. This means that you will be able to learn from some of my lessons online and I am working hard to make the site more useful for all learners. This does take a long time, as we need to make it interactive and suitable for the internet, but it IS coming and will be very soon now.

Anyone can study with me and the 5steps team here on the website and in the future we will have lots more fun ways for you to get more involved and learn English with us!

 Have fun,
