Dear All,

Do you know now aday how many students which graduated? and how many students have job?
I just know that many students graduated from university but some of them not yet enter to the labor market.
Could you tell me why like this? They have enough ability to work but no job.
Then if they have job to do which way that they know the announcement, website, newspaper or other?
What is the popular in recruiting process?  Smiley

Sometime in life we don't need to worry about that. Only in class, we actually need it.

Well. Here in Cambodia job market really small. I think it will be better for next few years.
I could say job oppotunity depends on foreign investment and personal skills and education.
Foreign investment it depends on Gov. situation and local resources.
There are many way to search for a job. On web site. Ex: Bongthom.com

Dear Toledo, Loren, yivuoch

Yivouch, i think you are socialist person,maybe.. We dont live alone, thus we all must care our society. I intend to share on job Cambodian job market.

Job oppotunities depend on foreign investment, Toledo said. Of cours, that is completly correct. But, i want to add some ideas on Toledo idea. You know, we only depend on job oppotunities which someone make jobs for all you guys, but i want to ask all you guys why we dont creat job for ourselve after graduated.

My last word, if you want to climb mountain we usually claim from the bottom to the top, not the top to the bottom.

Happy, Wink

It also depends on what you're looking for; I get the Cambodia Daily and the Mekong Times at my house and I think the Daily has more adverts for NGOs, Donors, etc, and the Mekong Times seems more business oriented.

 Cheesy Hola all,

"A journey of thounsand miles begin with a single step" keep holding on! 1 step 1 foot print.Find out what you can do and learn. Don't have cheap job! I agree with Ratana, sometime you can set up your own bussiness. I know it's not always easy, but don't lose heart. Your dream will come true one day.

Yes, I know that in Cambodia is difficult to find a job that you like but I don't think it's difficult to look for a job that you can do.

Maybe sometimes most graduated student feel unconfident to look for a job and when they feel unconfident it makes them fail in their interview already.

I am just a fresh graduated student and now I got a job that I like to do too. Therefor I think it's not really difficult to find a job but you must know how to take the chance. If you unconfident in yourself you should try to look for a place and ask them to work as a volunteer. This really work I tell you. You will get a job indeed after you finish your volunteer period.

Hi Loren, what you said is quite right in Cambodia but it only a small part.
If we always think about what we have seen these day it only depress you and make you more feel tired.

Think about our way, our best and never let go.
Many people try to look for a way to success in life but only a small amount can reach what they want.
It because a way to success is not enough but also need to know what is the big thing that make millions of people can't get what they want.

People who are fail is not because they are stupid but because they are not strong impassion.

Hey Yellow Moon, you are quite a strong desire person. I believe success will stay with you life long.

However, there are limit opportunities in cambodia that's why i say only a small group of people remain lucky. Others are just fall apart not because they don't know how to work. They are good people but jobless. The important thing is not everyone access the same opportunity.

But as you said, to build up a strong compassion for the work or they are going to do is much more important. That's the real world. No one reject this Wink

You are right! And I have no idea about this.

But I always believe that there's always a way to get out of something.
But what is it? I strongly believe that you know the answer.
